A Twilight-inspired clothing range is being launched.
American fashion label BB Dakota is creating the line after one of its jackets was used in the vampire film. The canvas coat, worn by Kristen Stewart‘s character Bella during a romantic scene with Robert Pattinson’s Edward Cullen, was not supposed to be used at all.
Want to feel like sex on fire? Then maybe the Kings of Leon can help.
On January 25, a 12-piece collaboration from the “Use Somebody” singers and Surface2Air will become available at various men’s clothing outlets.
An $1150 bomber jacket and a $150 pair of jeans are among the articles available for purchase. Other items in the S2A x KOL collection include a fedoras, ankle boots and flannel shirts.
Barney’s New York and Gargyle.com are a few of the places the line can be found.

Spanish-based clothing retailer Mango is moving into 600 JCPenney stores across the states by Fall 2010.
With both Charlotte Ronson and the Olsen twins stationing their own lines there, the department store seems to be making its way up the fashion industry ladder! While Mango has already set up 12 stand-alone shops in the US, it is nothing compared to its international number at 1,200; it is clear that the partnership is aimed at broadening its American presence.
Although the I Heart Ronson line isn’t too bad, there was nothing special about that line nor the Olsenboye range. This makes me wonder if Mango will be altering their clothes to fit the JCPenney look once they’re in the stores—the last time I ever step foot in the department store, I’m fairly sure I didn’t see any sweaters priced at $70.
Either way, I’m more concerned about having to prepare myself for a bombardment of Scarlett Johansson ads when I do my back-to-school shopping!

Another model catches the designing bug: Coca Rocha is set to launch her own clothing line.
The Canadian supermodel declared on her blog she plans to create her own range, and has even posted a picture of herself sketching some of the garments in her New York apartment.
She wrote on her blog: “I have decided to start my own line!”
The sketch - which shows a bracelet sleeved jacket being worn with a pencil skirt - suggests her collection will be true to her signature style of ladylike sophistication. The 21-year-old also wrote she needed some help: “I need your suggestions on what my line’s name should be. Please leave your comments, and I’ll be happy to look at your suggestions.”

Jennifer Lopez now has one less thing to juggle in her life.
Six years after launching the Sweetface brand, the singer/dancer/actress/mother is putting the clothing line on hiatus. Although the company plans to “reintroduce the brand in the near future with new messaging points and an entirely new fashion point of view,” no target date has been announced.
Sweetface - a collection of high-end urban streetwear - is a spinoff of the star’s original line. Items from JLO by Jennifer Lopez can still be purchased outside the United States.
Right now, Lopez is working on her return to the big screen. She’s currently filming The Back-Up Plan (formerly titled Plan B), a romantic comedy about a woman who undergoes artificial insemination.

Miley Cyrus is launching a cut-price clothing line. The Hannah Montana star has teamed with Herve Leger designer Max Azria for the fashion range, which will be sold exclusively in US chain store Wal-Mart. Speaking about ‘Miley Cyrus and Max Azria’ - which includes graphic print t-shirts, tops, trousers and accessories - the singer-and-actress wrote on her Twitter page: “It’s soooo cute Very rocker and hey who doesn’t want a great deal!!! i love u guys! I’m so exited to share this wit u. (sic)”
The range, all priced under $20, will hit stores in August Miley promises there will be another collection to follow it. The 16-year-old actress told MTV: “I love creating looks that are all about personal expression and individuality. Working with Max Azria has been an amazing experience, and I’m really excited about launching this line with Wal-Mart. There’s even more to come!” Miley’s close friend singer Taylor Swift also has a fashion line which is stocked in Wal-Mart.
55-year-old designer Angela Missoni is looking to follow in the footsteps of her fashion counterparts and team up with a high street store to launch a new line of clothes aimed at teenage girls. According to Angela, “I would like to do something with H&M because I think it is a very powerful way to reach younger girls now.” Other H&M collaborators include Matthew Williamson, Comme des Garcons and Viktor and Rolf.
Angela Missoni also has no problem with models and actresses designing their own clothing collections, as long as they’re passionate about fashion. Making mention of Sienna Miller’s Twenty8Twelve label, Angela said: “These girls do pick up knowledge by being around fashion, so it doesn’t bother me if Sienna does her own range - she has a genuine passion for clothes, so it’s not just about her using her name.”
Other celebrities to have designed their own clothing lines for stores include Kate Moss, Madonna and Lily Allen.
